I truly love working with kids and want to share the wealth of knowledge that I’ve attained through all of my years of playing high school, college, and professional football. ALL of the techniques and drills will be explained out, demonstrated slowly, and then actively. The athletes will be asked to do the same. Everyone learns differently. This way we hit all the ways people learn. Hearing, seeing and actively doing.
I know that most athletes will not have the opportunity to play college ball or professionally. Only 1% to be exact. So the skills and techniques being taught are ones to help them achieve the same high level skills that of the ELITE athletes. A BLUE PRINT MODEL I say.

Trey Young, CEO. Owner of FIVEAM Fitness, holds a pro card for natural body building Men’s Physique Pro. He has a background in health and fitness as well as athletic performance training with over 10 years of experience in the field as an amateur boxer, certified personal trainer and fitness and sports coach.
His passion for fitness began through his love of sports and developed as an athlete. His approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training. He establishes long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life.

Hey! I'm Jackie Griffin and I'm new to the Simpsonville area, hailing from Northwest Illinois. I attended Dakota High School where I was a four year varsity track and field letter winner and earned All-Conference honors in the triple jump and 4X100 meter relay. I graduated from Northwestern College and was a dual sport collegiate athlete in track and field and soccer. I have also coached middle school track and field and have always enjoyed the thrill of athletic competition.
I obtained my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal training certificate in May, 2020 and am an avid runner and weightlifter. I am exceptionally excited to meet with you, discuss your goals, and develop a mutually agreeable plan for achievement.
Outside of training, my other hobbies include running 5-10k races, hiking with my husband and dog, reading self development books, and exploring the beautiful city I get to call home!
Hi everyone. My name is Jessica Sedar and I’m a group fitness instructor here at Elite Fitness. I’ve been an athlete my entire life with my focus mostly in gymnastics. Around the age of 20 my interest shifted to weight lifting and endurance training and started to compete in bodybuilding. I went on to earn my pro card in 2017 and became the first NPC bikini pro in Wisconsin.
I’m here to make fitness fun and exciting for you. I believe working out should be enjoyable and fun, not seen as a job or a chore. I’ll challenging you but in a way that’s good for your mind and body.
Hey guys! Nate Tinsley here. I’ve been heavy into the fitness world for the past decade and it quickly transformed into something I’m passionate about. Over the years I've become proficient in a number of different training styles ranging from CrossFit, traditional weight training for hypertrophy, to functional movement, and in recent years even diving into yoga and more advanced body control techniques like calisthenics. I came to love all of these styles for different reasons and I believe each has their own physical benefits on the body. So my workouts take a little from each one to develop a well rounded physique that can perform across the entire spectrum. I focus on a balance between strength, definition, coordination, agility and flexibility to not only look good but feel great too.

Jasmyne Alexis started her dance fitness journey in 2019. Although she finds working out in the gym to be rewarding, she also found herself getting bored from time to time with the routined gym scene. She realized that her passion for dance and her love for upbeat music created an EXHILARATING way to stay fit and keep her fitness life spicy. To complete the masterpiece, she needed women to do it with. This inspired her to become a certified dance fitness instructor so she can create a movement that can help other women around her sustain a fit & healthy life .
