Information obtained through the initial evaluation will incorporate your fitness history, individual goals and then we will customize a workout that is unique to you. Training focuses on speed, strength, agility, and position specifics. We also emphasize injury prevention and recovery techniques. All of which are used by Elite Athletes of all sports. 1 on 1 Athletic Performance Training clients can see optimal results with frequencies of 2 days per week.
